While we feel Medicare is essential, no doubt, I wish to admonish U to check d authenticity of any medicine U purchase. D total negligence & gross disrespect that we're imperturbably shown by government & private importers of medicine only add to our ailments. This can happen when we lose d slightest shred of dignity as a people, a trend purposely set to allow for d expansion of d rancorous canker that we have to deal with as a matter-of -fact. When one has a headache, as I do now, d first aid approach is to pop a couple of tablets of Paracetamol & flush them down with water. However, when d whole nation is found wanton for authentic medication & all we find are fake medicaments, & water, as a matter-of-a-rule-of-thumb, has to be bought in a bottle or sachet 'cause it's deemed poisonous (fake chemicals r used to process it), it just adds direness to an already horrid predicament, & when we have to look for professional care which is scarce, our plight only multiplies. Ouch, my headache
