Iranian government are placing Innocent people like mr navid afkaaree ( نوید افکاری )، on death row, also two of his brothers have also been sentenced, tortured and  imprisonment to 27 years and 37 years for claiming their brother is Innocent  !! Navid's father and brother in law have asked the court to produce evidence of their sons wrong doing but no evidence has been produced and  are also being detained for demanding to be given right to appoint legal Council for his sons defence or the release of his sons,  the family  freedom of speech and their basic human rights have been taken away and completely ignored !!  Every person should have the basic human right of being  born and die as a free subject !!
