We have just learned that today, representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has attempted to visit Mr. Ibsa. But, sadly, the Ethiopian army prohibited the ICRC from seeing him, implying that the life of Mr. Ibsa is in extreme danger.
