This is at the crux of this petition:The corporations wanting to set up tribunals outside the legal frameworks of the countries involved, in short, separate courts with their own judiciary. This is the very aspect that is a threat to the sovereignty of the signing countries and those who do trade with them. Now that the EU judges have done this, the US/EU agreement (TTIP) will be considerably watered down possibly making it superfluous. This of course has implications for the TPPA for the same reasons. But the fight isn't over yet. We want to continue with this petition indefinitely as we believe it will act as one of the last nails in the coffin of the TPPA. Please continue to sign and share.
