In 1946, a UN Commission on Women's Rights was set up, which has been dealing with the enforcement of women's rights and interests ever since. A UN Commission on Men's Rights has not yet been established by the United Nations. This is a male-discriminatory contradiction in itself, which for decades has been creating a gender imbalance in the design, management and establishment of UN legal conventions, which form the foundation of the legal basis at international level.

This petition calls on the UN member states and the UN Committee itself to set up a UN Commission on Men's Rights, which will deal with the rights and interests of the male gender at international level and its enforcement at UN General Assemblies.
