Fukushima-Daiichi World Nuclear Crisis continues to worsen

Pacific Ocean life is being decimated.

In the five intervening years since the catastrophe, Japan has been unable to shut the reactors down and contain the radiation that is spewing into the pacific at a rate of 300-400 tonnes of highly radioactive water used as a  meltdown  coolant ;  per day. Nor have they even located the coriums. Action must be taken immediately to ameliorate this crisis or it could result in the death and extinction million or billions of the creatures on earth.
