Arnold suffers from several different disabilities, including cerebral palsy and severe scoliosis.Erica, his caregiver, took him in 19 years ago. Arnold's wheelchair is over 10 years old and Erica has been trying for two years to get him a new wheelchair through United Healthcare. They then send back forms of different parts that need to be justified. For the comfort and safety of Arnold he needs a new chair.
