If the documents or claims I had filed had been delusional, the court would have thrown the lawsuit out, not allowed me to continue with filing my leave to file a reply to the states response from September 10, which was necessary since the court had struck all filings from September 11 and on. However the Court did allow my continuation of the case when they accepted my request for leave to file submitted on October 3.           This of course was granted and the court only allowed me a 24 hour period to respond, which is abnormally short for a court to do, yet I did meet the deadline. This filing leaves the court with no justifiable option but to deny the states motion and request the brief supporting our claims.
