The defendants filed a motion to dismiss yesterday exactly as I said they would and stated that I lacked the legal standing which was proven as a false statement in my response filed first thing this morning. In my response I effectively counter all grounds for dismissal by the state as well as question the states reason for making false assertions to the court.
