So it has been a while since I've had the opportunity to sit down for an update. As some of you may or may not be aware. The state Supreme Court declined to accept original jurisdiction which was not unexpected. Going into this I had no delusions that it would win on the first attempt or even the second. So where do we go from here? Well, initially I had thought to start from the District Court level as required despite the lack of subject matter jurisdiction that I would find in any of the district courts. Which would waste months to years and a lot of wasted money pursuing the lower state courts. The alternative, which is the route I will pursue, is to file in the U.S. District Court in Muskogee. I have already sent the request for the necessary forms to file and will update everyone with the case details as they unfold. In the meantime I appreciate the support you all have given so far but would like to ask that you continue to share this with others multiple times if you are able as sometimes people need a little encouragement to sign.
