Sorry it's been a while since I have been able to update everyone, I started a new job and have been busy but here is where we stand.

The state of Oklahoma responded on April 5th with a brief requesting the Court to dismiss for a variety of reasons. Namely they were concerned that I filed directly to the top instead of starting in district Court first. I did so because this case would affect 14 individual counties and an entire states economy. Of the entire state only the Supreme Court would have the power to grant a request of that magnitude. And the Court did have the option to hear the case but has elected to follow the states request and declined to accept the case.

What this means is simply I refile in the lower courts who will most likely simply direct me to the higher courts anyways since their courts would not have the power and authority to adjudicate matters of such impact not just the state but an entire country. It will simply be more time consuming and wasteful of tax payer money but it's the only route to take.

This does allow for more time to build more support for our cause, so I would appreciate it if everyone would once again share with their social media, friends and family. If you are capable to spare even a dollar to promote this petition on change.org it would be much appreciated.

I will be refiling this motion in the lower courts by next week at the latest. I will keep you guys posted and remember, this is to right some of the many wrongs committed against natives everywhere. We are simply taking back a little of what was stolen from our ancestors and as their direct descendants we are the rightful and legal owners of the land that was stolen. And according to Congressional law it is illegal for the treaty promises that they remain Cherokee lands "forever" to not be fulfilled. Thank you all and have a blessed day.
