Stop the Sale of Angora Rabbit Fur
The Issue
Benetton have resumed selling garments containing angora fur and are therefore responsible for causing untold suffering and trauma to rabbits.
The UK-based global retailer says it buys angora fur “only from approved suppliers”, and tells customers who complain that it ensures angora rabbits are not mistreated.
But we know the conditions that these rabbits really endure -- workers in China were secretly filmed by PETA plucking all of their long, soft fur of their backs by the handful, leaving them, shocked and bleeding.

Ninety percent of angora fur comes from China, where there are no penalties for abuse of animals on farms and no standards to regulate the treatment of the animals.
Join us in asking Bentton to remove cruel angora garments off their shelves.
