Due to the unprecedented global pandemic and resulting social distancing measures, millions of people are having to cancel their travel plans for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, many people who have tried to cancel their plans are being offered vouchers instead of full refunds. Vouchers are unacceptable. Since the airline industry accepted a $50 billion dollar tax payer bailout, the airline industry must fully refund all travel costs when asked for trips that have not (and cannot) occur.
