 I am writing to provide you with information regarding a proposed new city park for Union Market. This park will serve as a valuable addition to our city, providing numerous benefits to residents of all ages.

The proposed Pocket Park will be located on a city-owned parcel located behind the new Theory Apartments located at  300 Neal Place. The triangler shaped parcel runs up to New York Ave and Penn. NE 
Some of the key features of the proposed Park will be open green space, and childrens play area and a dog park. I hip is to connect it to the MBT and to bike lanes 

We are currently in the planning phase and will be organizing community meetings and seeking public feedback to ensure that the park meets the needs and desires of Union Market District residents.
