There is an emoji for floppy disks (no longer used), fax machines (dead), 8mm film cameras (used only by hipsters and film nerds), and many other now-dead devices and objects. But there is no emoji for duct tape, the single most useful device in every home's toolbox of fix-it items. 

How is this oversight allowed to continue? It's a sad, sad testament to our world's ignorance of the power of duct tape, as exemplified by Red Green and Tim Taylor. 

We need a duct tape emoji. Nay, we DEMAND a duct tape emoji!
