2017 Pre-budget submission on behalf of the 28,000 signatories

A 2017 pre-budget submission was made on your behalf to the Irish Minister for Finance Michael Noonan on 19th Sept 2016. It included a sample list of the 28,000 signatories who signed the "Unfair Car Tax" petition, a sample of the 4000 comments from signatories (not associated with names) and a covering letter. The Letter to the Minister stated the very strong case to reform this most unfair, regressive, 2-Tier Motor Tax Law which places an unfair tax burden on those who can not afford new cars, like young people starting work, pensioners and very many Irish families. We await the 2017 Budget announcement by Minister Noonan in the Dail on Tue 11th October 2016.
