I followed up with Palm Beach Inspector Generals office on Wednesday, regarding our Utility billing complaint - they are still in the process of reviewing it and will get back to me with a determination as to whether they will proceed or not - with an investigation! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE!
