Firstly, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you all!

I took some time to regroup my thoughts and adjust the direction of my efforts! Just before Thanksgiving I received a disappointing, but not surprising reply to the complaint with the Florida Office of the Attorney General. 

In short, it was to refer me back to the City of Lake Worth Beach Board of Commissioners. Here starts the proverbial bureaucratic Circle Jerk! So I followed up with a call back to the office, clarifying that we have tried to deal with the Board – to no avail! They referred me to the Office of the Inspector General of Palm Bach County. A new consumer complaint has been filed with this office! We’ll see where this gets us! 

As I have stated several times – I am fully committed to this mission! I will take it as far as I can! However, I am starting to think it might be too much of a task for one to complete – mega-phoning for a group! In other words – I think the best action will come from individual complaints IE: Numerous, Loud and Bothersome! IF WE WANT ACTION - WE ARE GONNA HAVE TO WORK FOR IT!!!
