From the small number of bills I have to calculate from, the average Power Cost Adjustment charge was 56% of the base usage charge. Some were as high as 100% of the Base usage charge! Certainly NOT – the 18% that the Vice Mayor proclaims in his propaganda release from October 23, 2022. This discrepancy is appalling and demands satisfactory and transparent accounting or should be reimbursed to the rate payers, immediately!
