Please help us certify the Ecuadorian Amazon rainforest as a World Heritage site. The Amazon rainforest could be our most important asset with the climate crisis, due to all the trees that inhale carbon emissions, and exhale pure oxygen, cleaning our air. The Amazon rainforest is home to many indigenous communities who are currently living in struggle watching deforestation, and fracking. It’s gotten to the point where they can no longer eat the fish or drink the water of their land, because it is loaded with petroleum and other harmful pollutants. This would not be happening if the Amazon rainforest was declared a world heritage site. UNESCO, is an organization that certifies land as untouchable world heritage cites. I work with an organization called, Grades of Green and I am in direct contact with The Cofan indigenous community of the North Amazonian rainforest of Ecuador who desperately need your help to save their home.
