So.. Just this morning, I tried to do a small event with a friend who lives in one of the regions already affected by the changes. The features prevented us from communicating ingame, making progression impossible.

This is just one example of how the segregation of age ranges will tear communities apart, and the Roblox games community will collapse.

I also spoke to some individuals on Reddit, who claimed that due to the changes, game developers and moderators were unable to issue punishments to individuals, as they could not see or access chat messages.

This only endangers Roblox's community more, as young people may end up in severe danger in situations Roblox moderation haven't been able to detect, but that would otherwise be prevented by individual games' moderation teams.

We need this petition to succeed, for the mental, social, and physical wellbeing of all who use the platform.
