The mission of Under Armour® is To Make All Athletes Better Through Passion, Design And The Relentless Pursuit Of Innovation. (And making all female athletes better since Under Armour® launched their Women's Performance Gear product line in 2003.)  So you can imagine how excited we were to find out when the new Star Wars™ Under Armour® Alter Ego - The Imperial Collection was blastered right into our galaxy (and just in time for Star Wars: The Force Awakens - about 47 days and 21 hours, but who's counting, right?!). Excitement quickly dissipated when many women typed in the Under Armour website and navigated throughout the entire collection, searching for any sign of Women or Girls clothing that had any resemblance of a storm trooper or droid on it. When entering into the search bar Star Wars Women it returned zero items found. The clothing line is limited to Men and Boys only, the top photo in Men's section showing a Tshirt which reads Protect This House, and in Boys which reads Born to Lead (something that still infers the stronger of the genders). Since including women's performance gear in 2003, they have launched many gender neutral campaigns. However, they have since rolled back the clock to pre-2003 with the campaign Under Armour® Alter Ego - SuperHero, and now once again with the new Star Wars - The Imperial Collection,  excluding women altogether from enjoying this merchandise.

Well, they can have their superheroes, but we are taking back the Droids. I challenge you all, Star Wars fans, Jedi Masters, Sith Lords, and Wookiees alike, to sign this petition, so that we women (and girls) may join in on our right to bear our lightsabers (and our Force pride) by wearing the colors of the Force, either over our clothing or Under Armour. And while we're airing our griefs, I encourage Under Armour to start highlighting more women in their #RuleYourself or #iWILL Features online.  #iWILLwhatiWANT
