UNCW sent out an email stating an increase in the number of positive COVID-19 test results in our community and state. To best support students and faculty under these changing conditions, some courses, labs and sections may temporarily be modified to an alternate format/modality through Sept. 17, 2021.

We believe  ALL courses should be modified to an alternate format. 

There is no social distancing for in person classes. Students do not wear masks walking around campus. 

Students should have the option to access to distance learning for every class.

Attending in person classes or asynchronously should be a choice.

The campus has the resources to make these accommodations. Covid is not over. It is getting worse.
