Currently the law in Walton County, Georgia allows for dogs to be on chains and on a trolley system 24/7 unattended. We are asking that dogs not be allowed to be chained or on a trolley and left unattended 24/7 . Chaining dogs is a huge safety issue, this issue not only impacts the dog but an entire community making it unsafe . Not allowing chaining dogs would help make Walton County ,Georgia be  a safer community.
