I want to share my thoughts on the current restrictions regarding music streaming services, specifically Spotify, in our schools. While I understand that blocking certain sites aims to keep us focused, I truly believe that music can play a vital role in helping students succeed.

Many of us find that listening to music helps us concentrate better and reduces stress, especially during long study sessions. Music can create a positive and motivating atmosphere that enhances our learning experience. 

I get that games and distractions need to be limited, but music is different. It helps many of us relax and recharge, making it easier to stay focused on our work. Having access to Spotify would allow students to take breaks, unwind, and focus on their studies

I kindly ask you to consider unblocking music streaming service, Spotify. By doing so, you would be supporting students’ mental health and helping us create a more enjoyable and productive learning environment.
