So, one day during my student aide period, I had free time so I decided to look up sites with LGBTQ+ resources. On the list provided by Wikipedia, the Human Rights Campaign was listed. So, I went to investigate the site and whadda you know, its blocked. The listed reason is "Human Sexuality" which I, at first, thought meant sex, but that would most likely be a reason of "Sexual Content" . And then, it hit me. Human Sexuality refers to Sexual orientation.  They're blocking websites for containing references to sexual orientation, while America's Promise Ministries, an antisemitic hate group has its website completely unblocked. You (The reader and hopefully signer) understand that this is a complete double standard, where hate groups are A-okay but if a man and another man love each other, it's inappropriate. And, as the final nail in the coffin, the district has had it unblocked before. Back in 2022, multiple students complained that the Human Rights Campaign and 3 other LGBTQ+ sites were blocked. And guess what? The district unblocked all 4! I am asking the district un-un-unblock  the websites for the Human Rights Campaign, PFLAG, GLSEN, and The Monstrose Center. As an LGBTQ+ student myself, this situation is disgusting.
