Davis school district has banned popular music streaming sites which in my experience with ADHD music helped me focus and from some of my friends at Centennial Jr. High they have also had a hard time focusing also I have found that phone slips have been given out more as people use personal devices to play music so it is only causing "bad behavior".

The district can't say anything about no being able to stop us from listening to explicit music because they have shown that they can control what they show us on Youtube also you will hear worse stuff from students.
