due to their Voracious Appetites Able To Reproduce Without A Mate and Been Known To Carry A Parasite that Causes meningitis

But they are too slow as they are snails they aren’t known for their speed

Many people acknowledge that they make great pets as they are slow speeded have low maintenance and overall easy to care for 

so they should be unbanned on certain conditions
