Brady has always been a dedicated employee, a trusted friend, and someone who genuinely cared about the YMCA and the community it serves. He worked hard to create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment, and he was well-liked and respected by both coworkers and community members. His involvement in this situation came from an effort to address a difficult personnel issue responsibly—not to excuse or support inappropriate behavior. The decision to terminate and permanently ban him does not reflect his character, his intentions, or his positive impact on the YMCA. We believe he deserves a fair and thoughtful review of the circumstances.
