In this age of the 21st Century where technology is rapidly advancing, and the world seems to be more chaotic than ever, there is a silent war taking place. One being waged against innocent citizens worldwide. This war is being fought daily, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. You won’t see any thing about this war on the evening news, you won’t hear about it on the radio, and you won’t read about it in the daily paper.

This war is not without casualties. Victims have had their freedom snatched away in what is an all-out attempt to enslave all of humanity.  Persons are put on a list, targeted and then systematically harassed, tortured, and some murdered.  Victims such as myself have done nothing wrong, yet each day we awake to unspeakable horrors. Most of which, people would not believe. These unspeakable acts are in direct violation of a person’s Human and Civil Rights.  How, Why, Who, Where is this war taking place? This is a covert war being carried out by the NWO (New World Order) a one world government. The goal is to gain complete control over a person’s mind, body, and soul. The means by which this war is taking place is called “Cybertorture.” 

To many, the word Cybertorture has no real meaning. Cybertorture is a nicer sounding term coined by the United Nations which envelops the terms Gang-stalking, Electronic Harassment, DEW-Direct Energy Weapons. It sounds more like something you’d hear about in a Sci-Fi Movie. Although the word itself, Cybertorture, may sound harmless, it is anything but. Cybertorture and all it entails is, indeed, a menace to the world and poses a great danger to all of humanity. Cybertorture and all it entails is capable of causing great distress and catastrophic damage to the human mind, human body, and may even alter a person's DNA.  

The Authorities, Media, and Government have all failed to offer aid to victims of Cybertorture. They deny and want you to believe that these heinous acts are not taking place. This dismissive attitude has given the ones responsible for these cowardly acts, permission to continue their "Reign of Terror." Meanwhile, these unwarranted attacks continue to destroy and ruin lives. Unable to cope with the pain inflicted on them, many victims end up taking their own lives. When others report what is happening to them, they're locked away in psychiatric institutions for simply speaking the truth. Still others turn against the world by committing horrible and violent acts on other innocent individuals. 

Please join me in telling Professor Nils Melzer, United Nations Special Rapporteur on Torture and other Members of the United Nations Human Rights Council that---THE TIME IS NOW. We demand that you launch a full- fledged investigation into Cybertorture. We ask that you act now to not only protect and guarantee a life of freedom for our children, but also for your grandchildren and great grandchildren. Legislation must be passed and laws enacted to protect the innocent and emergency aid should be provided to victims who have endured this punishment for years, sometimes even decades.

We ask Professor Nils Melzer, Special Rapporteur on Torture and other members of the UN Human Rights Council to bring perpetrators of this inhumanity to justice. They should be made to feel the same pain and suffering they've caused. The iron curtain which they so cowardly hide behind must fall exposing them for who they really are. This hidden and shameful truth must be unmasked for all the world to see.
