Since the crisis in the restive North west and South west regions of the Republic of Cameroon turned violent in September 2016, more than 5000 persons have lost their lives, more than 430,000 taking refuge in neighbouring Nigeria, hundreds of thousands internally displaced, hundreds are incapacitated due to loss of parts of their bodies, hundreds of villages completely burnt down, millions taking refuge in bushes in precarious health and humanitarian situations. Corpses of decomposing human bodies litter our streets and farms on daily basis. Thousands of children are kept from schools for three years counting with many schools completely burnt down. Child sexual abuse is on the rise. Young boys under 12 years have picked up arms and we wake up everyday to see horrifying images of dismembered human bodies and not knowing who will die next. WHY IS THE WORLD SILENT? 

We urgently need a bilateral ceasefire, intervention of international peace keeping force to restore peace and force both the government of Cameroon and the separatists to the negotiation table.

STOP THE SENSELESS WAR IN THE CAMEROONS!!!!!!!

ANOTHER SCHOOL YEAR IS ABOUT BEING SACRIFICED ON THE ALTAR OF PRIDE AND VIOLENCE.
