Ulsan Namgu District Office – Punish the illegal dog slaughterhouse that stabbed and bled the dogs to death in front of other live dogs!

Ulsan District Office has decided not to appeal the decision by the Ulsan District office, and not to charge the Ulsan Sangae-dong illegal dog slaughterhouse owner and the worker (who were given a suspension of prosecution/indictment) who slaughtered the dogs by stabbing them in the neck and letting them bleed to death in unimaginable agony in front of other live dogs watching in horror.  This illegal dog slaughterhouse clearly violated many Korean Laws and they must be prosecuted and punished.  We ask that the Ulsan Namgu District Office appeals the Ulsan District Prosecutor’s decision not to prosecute these criminals.

울산광역시 남구청은 다른 개들이 보는 앞에서 칼로 찔러 피를 빼서 잔인무도하게 도살을 자행한 불법 개도축장을 처벌하라!

울산지방검찰청이 울산 상개동 불법 개도축장의 업주와 직원(기소유예 처분)을 불기소 판결했음에도 불구하고, 울산광역시 남구청은 항고를 하지 않기로 결정했습니다. 공포에 질린 다른 개들이 보는 앞에서 개의 목을 칼로 찔러 피를 빼서 잔인무도하게 도살한 이 도축장은 명백하게 동물보호법 여러 조항을 위반했으므로 반드시 처벌 받아야 합니다. 이에 우리는 이 범죄자들에게 불기소 처분을 내린 울산지방검찰청에 항고할 것을 울산광역시 남구청에게 요청합니다.
