I know that some people have viewed and read this petition (75,000) without signing or completing the process for worry over either data, making a payment or wondering if it will have any real effect. With regards to data and payment - select No twice (or Yes for staying updated) if you don’t want to as you can also opt out of chipping in and select Share Instead. Any donations made go to the running of the website and not a prerequisite of this petition or for my benefit. The 3rd point was about whether we are making a difference and just to see the solidarity and get the feedback and support of the world community from so many countries and so many people - it’s been shared almost 9,000 times and people I haven’t told are telling me their friends and family are signing it so thank you and keep it going....below is a victory in court today but we still have a long way to go!!

Remember that those who choose to ignore the rule of law while claiming all the time to do so are also the ones who will be non-compliant to the spirit of a judgement because it does not suit them - by distracting us with division by race and religion we have to show them in numbers that the world is watching them constantly to avoid repeating the past! If this eventually gets kicked into the legal long grass then the power of numbers will come to pass for people to sit up and give support!

Anil Nandlall is leading the team against GECOM and reports today; “The Chief Justice, today, upheld our submissions and vitiated the declaration of the results of Region 4 made by the Returning Officer (RO) and ordered that the Returning Officer ascertain and add up the votes in accordance with the Statement of Polls for each list of candidates, in accordance with Section 84 of the Representation of the People Act.

The Chief Justice also continued the injunction against GECOM from declaring the final results of the elections, unless and until the Returning Officer complies with Section 84 of the said Act”

I say the delinquent RO Clairmont Mingo will not disappoint tomorrow at 11.00am when he or any of his 80 DRO’s are expected to restart the ascertaining of the count of votes from the SOP’s only that was abandoned last Thursday - we shall wait and see but keep the pressure up until we have a big number we can overwhelm them with. Thanks for joining the fight for democracy and the will of the majority of the electorate in our demand for free and fair elections . Vickram - any UK people who would like to organise a static protest in London let me know on Twitter @prashadvickram so we can coordinate a date ASAP.
