Justice Roxanne George-Wiltshire grants jurisdiction in the injunction against GECOM preventing premature declaration - next date fixed for Tuesday 10th March 2020 - let’s hope the APNU don’t go rogue and swear him using the doctrine of necessity and martial law - the most extreme example. 
The plot is twisting and turning but please show support and build up the petition that will make a difference to highlight the issues happening in Guyana. Tabulation and verification is of utmost importance in an election and you must count all votes transparently in full view of all stakeholders and not behind a curtain - in cahoots with the elections commission! APNUAFC wants you to count it after their results declaration by elections petition which may never be heard!! Despite this attempt to derail legal action there is now some hope and the justice has just reinforced by making the orders absolute and ensuring GECOM does not issue any orders at all and official must appear next week as witnesses.
