Private carparks and council carparks areacting as trap instead of offering geniuine comfort.  They have introduced modern payment machines to serve their purpose only. Carpark users are not given choice to pay for extra time consumed in case they are late to come intime. Instead they are treated as criminals and haunted by debt collecters and  bailiffs.
