Today (1/2/2020) marks a remarkable day. The United Kingdom has become free from the European Union.
I believe that June the 23rd should be a bank holiday as this was the date we all voted for Brexit in the Referendum.
The UK government should make the 23rd a public bank holiday to support of the public’s achievements when we unite together to make change.
It’s taken Almost four years and more than 1,000 days after the 2016 vote.
This is a remarkable day! A day where the United Kingdom has stepped up and left the EU this is a great change and one that’s gone done in history.
