With recent figures showing dog thefts are at their  highest rate ever in 2020 since the covid pandemic began, surely it’s time to take the profit out of buying a dog which will in turn prevent criminals and greedy individuals either using poor dogs as puppy machines often in very poor conditions or stealing dogs from peoples homes, back gardens and often lately just snatching from owners off the street. 

Figures show dog theft has risen by 250 percent! . Instead of insane prices it should be lower and capped with more focus on having to have some sort of license to own a dog in the first place? If everyone gets involved and the profit is simply removed from buying and selling dogs, criminals will simply not take the time and effort to carry on as it won’t be worth it anymore which can only be a good thing for everyone who has a love for animals. If we don’t do something for them who will?
