Stephanie Morris started this petition to UK Parliament

The price of buying a dog since the start of the pandemic has increased drastically. There is now an ever growing pattern of dog theft which is rising at an alarming rate.  Our dogs are family so if anyone hurts or steals them it is an attack on a family.

Criminals and thieves are targeting dogs for their own personal financial gain, with no thought for the hurt and distress they cause to people and their pets. I am calling for Parliment to put a level on prices of puppies and dogs. This is the driving force behind this crime.

Dogs are being pulled away from owners and put into vans or cars and driven away.

They are having their microchips barbarically removed and the wounds left open.

There are people posing as RSPCA workers to take the dogs off the owners.

Peoples houses are being marked for thieves to know where to target.

People are scared to walk their dogs.

This has to stop before someone gets seriously hurt or killed whilst trying to protect their much loved family member.

10,000 signitures are needed to get this brought up and debated in Parliament.  Overpricing and overbreeding must be stopped. Puppy farms must be closed down. Dogs are suffering and so are many families.

Please help sign and lets try and put a stop to this.
