It is very clear that our key workers are essential to help and support the UK and it's people. We are working tirelessly to keep the people safe and provide all the essentials needed to safeguard and promote optimum health and well being.

My main concern is the lack of PPE provided to those who come into contact with members of the public on a daily basis.

I'm talking about:

NHS Staff

Police

Fire Fighters

Pharmacists

Carers in homes, in the community, independently funded. 

Drivers - transport, delivery etc.

Essential - Teachers and childminders looking after key workers children, retail workers, bankers, mechanics.

Most of the resources we have, barely meet the requirements needed for fundamental care and stocks are running extremely low. We are calling on the Government to protect all key workers during this pandemic, as some of our key workers are high risk or have high risk family members. 

We ask that the government:

Promote hand sanitiser production at all distilleries. 

Factories to make essential PPE including, gloves, masks, aprons and VISORS OR VENTILATION MASKS for our NHS staff.

We are protecting you and serving you, let us do it safely with minimal risk of catching or spreading the virus.
