I'm starting this petiton in hope that we can stop dogs being taken and sold for dog breeding and other purposes, this petition is about millie, and other family dogs that are missing and taken across the borders on boats with NO CHECKS, NO PAPERS AND NO PASSPORTS AND NO SCANNING FOR CHIPS! We need to make it mandatory that dogs cannot get on any boats without passports and papers and being microchipped, this is called millies movement, millies missing from ireland and is somewere here in the UK with other dogs, 

Please sign this petiton and make it law that NO family pets can be stolen and taken across the border! Please help make a change it takes two minutes and in hope this could also bring millie home. Dogs may not have a voice but let's help give them a bark...thankyou
