My cat fizz got hit by a car last night .lucky a lady found her and took her to a vet in barnstaple Devon. I'm hoping to find her to say thank you .the law needs to change so if any one hits or runs over a cat it should be reported ( like a dog does )  poor fizz was left with a broken jaw .broken tooth deep cut under her chin my cat is not just a pet she's family .please all sign to help me in getting the law changed
