Paul Fowler of Matson decided to beat his dog on regular occasions until eventually it was reported and his dog taken off him...he wasnt arrested which i feel is wrong..the law needs to change lets get justice for this poor dog and many others who face cruelty..he needs to be arrested and charged..violence is violence no matter what or who its against...please help me get this man dealt with properly before he hurts another animal or person Thankyou
