I would like the UK government to bring in harsher penalties for animal cruelty & murdering animals! 

It shall be called 'sparky's law', in remembrance of an 11 week old puppy brutally murdered by 3 disgusting human beings (who filmed and laughed about what they were doing). Beat with a hammer an microwaved. Then disposed off into a bin. 

Sparky's law should carry a minimum jail term of 5years. 5years as a maximum is not enough for these sick minded excuses of humans.
