Have a Parliamentary Debate {due to the Fixed-term Parliaments Act}, to agree to hold a General Election in six months time (when we will now leave the EU). - 02.11.19

After spending three years with our focus on nothing but Brexit, we need a new mandate from every political party, especially as we will now have a new PM (who whilst may be chosen by the party, hasn’t been chosen by the people) on what there policies and strategies are on all the other issues our country and wider society is facing.

Three months before the undersigned‘s proposed General Election, all parties that are standing for election to hold leadership contests (as a suggestion, for those parties who haven’t already) & then can to agree on their parties positions, principles and plans for our country and can then spend the remaining months campaigning. 

2020 can be the start of a new year, a better proportionally represented Houses of Parliament and we can all work together for the future of our United Kingdom
