The Kurdish population in the Middle East is being bombed for no legitimate reason other than the hatred and spite towards them from Turkish prime minister Erdogan. Kurdish populations are DYING - there is mass genocide being committed towards this minority and the world is silent. 

The Kurds don't deserve this. Erdogan claims he is bombing them in order to 'protect' Turkey from the PKK. The PKK is the Kurdistan's Workers Party formed in 1971 to oppose the oppression they were facing from the Turkish government. To Erdogan, the PKK, who simply want liberty, are supposed thread, and thus he feels the need to BOMB the entire Kurdish population. The PKK would not exist if the Kurds were not being bombed simply for being their ethnicity. This has been a struggle for DECADES and not a word has been said in the Western media. It's time for justice to be served. 

The Turkish military are bombing all Kurdish populations in the Middle East (Turkish Kurds, Iranian Kurds, Syrian Kurds - take the Rojava genocide for example) with the help of the US military and funding. Bear in mind, the Kurdish Peshmerga are the people who risked their lives to help the USA and Turkey fight the terrorist organisation, ISIS, but the US governments and Turkey won't dare admit it. 

This genocide is being approved and FUNDED by the US government. I want the UK and the US governments to intervene and END the bombings happening to people who don't deserve to die. It is so bad, that in Turkey, Kurds can't speak in their own language or affiliate with anyone of their kind at risk of being murdered by the Turkish military. This is not a way of living. It is oppression happening in front of our eyes, and I won't let it be silenced anymore. 

As a Kurd myself, this is so important to me. My heart breaks at the fact that I get to live a life where I don't have to worry about dying for my ethnicity, yet my family in Kurdistan can't step outside without being fearful that they might die. Please, sign this petition and help.
