Due to covid19 many building developments had to close down and this is turn delayed building works by many months. Because of this delay many people are having to pull out of their sales as houses will not be built before the 31st December 2020 cut off point. A new scheme begins in 2021 however with a house price cap many people will be forced to buy smaller homes which are not suitable or not what they had originally planned to purchase. Scotland have already taken this leap and extended the current scheme until 2022 ensuring many thousands of families can purchase their homes in time. Please support this cause to enable England to follow suit and extend to 2022.
