Bleue still hasnt been returned by the police since the weekend
Hey everyone just a little update regarding what happened since 29/09/2018 when Bleue was never returned back to me.
Firstly i just want to say again thanks to everybody who has signed shared and supported this petition with me. All the lovely comments and advice have really helped me a lot whilst going through this really tough time. in response to some of the advice i have been given by you all I have contacted RSPCA, Been in touch with solicitors to take action and I will be contacting my local MP and media to make awareness of the nightmare we are dealing with. I will make sure people are held accountable for whats happened and that is a promise.
So to quickly go over the update since 29/09/2018 Bleue never came home, I was never contacted back by a sergeant after i made a complaint to the police! The dog officer never called me back till 01/10/2018 and proceeded to tell me the Control order i was given for Bleues release means Nothing and how Bleue will NOT be being returned home as they are treating him as a dangerous dog! and for the publics safety he will not be released! What a load of Shit! The officer was very agitated with me on the call due to me questioning his ability to do his job correct, he kept threatening to terminate the call as he 'didn't like my tone' whilst speaking and was clearly irritated of the fact of me calling out all the mistakes that have been made since the incident through to bleue being seized, how me and my child had been victimized and neglected and the mounds of incompetencies and wrong doings from the authority's side that i pointed out!
The dog officer said 'all i can do is apologise for this big mistake we have made' and proceeded to tell me that in his 5 years of being a dog officer this is the first time he has been involved in a mistake where 2 dogs were mixed up, I couldn't believe how unbothered he was how blazay his attitude was and when questioned and called out for what happened i just got threatened to having the call terminated.
After telling the officer i wanted proof that my dog was actually alive and i was worried for Bleues welfare and safety and tried to break it down in idiot terms to him the severity of his actions of bringing a wrong dog to my property who was clearly distressed and him now telling me Bleue in fact was ok when the paperwork states different, I have no reason to trust or believe a word that any of them say to me due to being misled, neglected, lied to and stressed out by them from the get go, he threatened to terminate the call again and advised he will not speak to me further about my dog to which i refused as i am the legal owner of Bleue. He TERMINATED the call and left me feeling severely anxious worried and stressed, it is all just getting too much!
So sadly Bleue isnt home, Bleue has been wrongly accused and labelled in the worst possible way. Me and my daughter Neglected, Racially targeted, Accused, Lied to, Hushed by the police and been lead to believe if i try to find out how he is or show concern and worry and call that it will go against me in court and wont help my case (thats what the sergeant dealing with this case told me) my privacy has been breached by the police, and the dirty racist who caused all this has not been investigated for the racial targeting the aggression towards a minor and myself and the animal cruelty towards my dog has not been dealt with. I Am DISGUSTED, i do not trust the police, They have caused me and my daughter serious distress and alarm and they will not get away with all of this. I just want my Beautiful boy back I want him home where he belongs. I will fight to the death with this and will do anything to get the justice we deserve, all 3 of us.!
Would of updated on 01/10/2018 but in all honesty i have just been too sad, stressed and tired because of it all. Again everyone the advice and kind words are so appreciated its helping me a lot and i just want to send everyone good blessings and love for the support you have showed. I will update again if anything happens. xxx
