Bleues Court Date!
Hello everybody,
Firstly I just wanted to wish everybody a very happy new year, and wanted to send peace and Light to all of you who have stuck by us since this nightmare started.
so since my last update when Bleue was never returned to us, I relentlessly tried more avenues to go down so I could try to gain even an ounce of info as to what had/was happening with our beautiful Bleue. I contacted my MP Kenneth Clarke in desperation to see if he could help in any way to get information, he kindly contacted me straight away and wrote to Nottinghamshire police regarding Bleue and advised as soon as they contacted him back he would be in touch! I never heard anything back which leads me to believe he never had no joy either! Nottinghamshire Police are Disgraceful!
I contacted a support group on Facebook for help and was directed to a solicitors who agreed to open a case file regarding Bleue and with that being said £180 was sent over to the solicitors from the BSL Victim support group which was really amazing of them to help so generously as I just didn’t have the funds to do this at that time! The solicitors wrote to Nottinghamshire police also and gave them 7days to respond at the beginning of October 2018.
The months have passed and I have still been in the dark in unknown territory with everything that has occurred, then today 03/01/2019 I receive a court hearing schedule set for 29/01/2019 at Nottingham Magistrates Court to attend and I have been Charged with the Offence of ‘having a dog dangerously out of control’ I am disgusted, emotional, I feel physically sick and I am dissapointed that I have been charged with such offence, when Our Beautiful Bleue is Innocent, The Racist Malicious Perpetrator who caused all of this and who commits Animal Cruelty is still walking around Scott Free for what he did that day, But professional Standards are now investigating the Negligent Police Officer dealing with this case and the Nasty sorry excuse of a man who caused all of this pain, heartache and Nightmare! so one way or another I will get the justice we all deserve!
moving on from that I will be in attendance on 29/01/2019 regarding our beautiful Dog and trying my best to fight to save his Life which matters so much. Please everybody Pray for us all, Pray for Bleue more and keep him in your thoughts on this day! I Spoke with the Solicitors and they will be representing me going forward which is great, I will fight till the death to get my boy home safe and alive!
Myself and my daughter have had to Move out of our home for Safety Reasons due to the Malicious Guy who started all this Shit, as we had ultimately been living in fear, we were being taunted when the pair of them next door were purposely bringing a dog into the shared hallway at the property and making it bark knowing they had caused our Bleue to be seized! Disgusting! Not once had I seen or heard a dog being brought to their property before all this happened! when we would leave out the property they would purposely leave at the same time to intimidate us, i’d Be sat in my car outside the property and they would appear from nowhere staring at me in my car sniggering at me! there’s so much crap that we have had to endure and we had our gorgeous Dog Seized because of his malicious disgusting ways and due to the police negligence and being victimised by them for being victims we have had a very very tough time, which resulted in anxiety issues and Depression and continued time signed off work by my GP because of this whole Nightmare but we are being supported by an amazing worker at Victim Support who has already helped in so many ways. I just want justice for Bleue and For me and my Daughter.
