Here in the UK, we have the Equalities Act, the Gender Recognition Act... we are protected by law from hate crimes..... but yet privately gay/lesbian/transgender conversion therapy is STILL LEGAL here! The NHS condemned it but the government have not banned it (many other countries have) 

Conversion therapy can include religion, medication, physical or mental tactics to alter someone to attempt to stop them from being transgender, gay, lesbian, bisexual or anything else that falls under the LGBTQ+ umbrella. 

just under 2 years ago there was a petition to the government over this exact issue and the government responded by saying it would not be beneficial to make these barbaric things illegal. I want to change this and put an end to it for good. 

Please save our LGBT+ community by signing and showing support that these practices are barbaric and need to be banned for good.
