Ask the PM to justify to Parliament the actions of his aide that break CV-19 'rules'

The Issue

A key cabinet aide (Dominic Cummings) has been reported by members of the public, to Durham Regional Police Service, for breaching government 'rules' under the CV-19 'lock-down', on two ocassions.
To ensure government credibility & that the public do not follow this negative example, the Prime Minister (Boris Johnson) should provide a justification for his aide's breach of 'lock-down' policy & there should be a debate in the House of Commons.
There is also a previous instance of a the Secretary of State for Housing (Robert Jenrick) who was found to have travelled substantial distances, which needs to be justified.
For anyone to break the 'lock-down rules', threatens the escalation of the pandemic in the UK with a greater strain on the NHS & potentially further loss of lives.
